T. Jefferson Parker

<p>T. Jefferson Parker is the bestselling author of numerous novels, including <i>Laguna Heat</i> (his first novel, which was turned into an HBO movie) and <i>The Fallen</i>. His writing career began in 1978, with a job as a cub reporter on a weekly newspaper, covering police, city hall and cultural stories. He is the creator of both the Charlie Hood and Merci Rayborn series of books.</p>
