Curtis Sittenfeld

<p>Curtis Sittenfeld is the bestselling author of <i>Prep</i>, <i>American Wife</i>, and most recently <i>Eligible</i> (a modern retelling of Jane Austen’s <i>Pride and Prejudice</i>). Hailed for her "wickedly entertaining" sensibility, her books have been translated into 25 languages. She has also written for <i>The New York Times</i>, <i>The Atlantic</i>, and other publications, and has been broadcast on public radio’s <i>This American Life</i>. She is a graduate of the Iowa Writer’s Workshop.</p>
