Allison Pataki

<p>Allison Pataki (b. 1984) is an American author, journalist, and daughter of former New York Governor George Pataki. She published her first book <i>The Traitor’s Wife</i> after being inspired by the Revolutionary War history of her hometown. She has since published two more historical novels <i>The Accidental Empress</i> and <i>Sisi</i> about the Empress Elisabeth of Austria-Hungary, dubbed the Princess Diana of her time. Both have been bestsellers.</p>
