A collection of 32 papers looking at the trade and economic connections between Britain and Spain from 1200 to 1600, as documented by ceramic finds. The pottery itself is of interest not only for its beautiful designs but also as a marker of the cultural change and development which was occuring in Medieval Spain, with much evidence of muslim influence and craftsmanship.
