Agriculture in Nicaragua: Promoting Competitiveness and Stimulating Broad-Based Growth

Broad-based growth is one of the four pillars of the Nicaraguan Government's Poverty Reduction Strategy. Living standards of the rural poor will continue to depend largely upon agriculture.
