SandIsle

SandIsle is the first novel in a series set in a small idyllic beach community. The locals gather on the beach for a traditional ritual to pay respect to a beached whale. The swirling mist creates a surreal atmosphere when crazy wild troublemaker, Jacob, plows through the fog. He horrifies the locals with his wild antics and jumps on the whale extracting the mammal's eye. The locals try to intervene to no avail. Jacob’s father, Sam, arrives and orders Jacob to drop the fleshy eye and go home.…
