Twist and Twirl Winter Cloche Hat

This marvelous cloche hat intrigues the eye by appearing to be knitted in separate directions. It provides a “twist and twirl” effect. However, it is knitted easily, in four connected sections, as one piece and finished using a circular needle for a seamless hat band. There are two hat band options found at the end of this pattern.
