I spent my childhood in my mother’s kitchen where I observed her every move and in my adult life I continued to cherish her culinary skills. My mother passed her zest for cooking on to me. I cook with the passion of a bygone era and pay homage to my mother and grandmothers every time I prepare Italian dishes from the Sicilian and Neapolitan traditions.
