American Passenger Train Equipment: 1940s-1980s

José M. Alonso-Sed was born in Santa Clara, Cuba. During the 1960s he lived in the United States where he received a bachelors of arts degree from Whitworth College. Afterwards, he completed his Masters and PH.D. degrees in Canada, where he spent twenty years teaching Spanish at several universities.
