Marjorie Liu

<p>Marjorie Liu is an American <em>New York Times</em> bestselling author, comic book writer and attorney. She is the co-creator of <em>Monstress</em> comic books, which have won multiple Hugo Awards, British Fantasy Awards, the Harvey Award and five Eisner Awards, making Liu the first-ever woman - and woman of color - to win an Eisner in the best writer category. Her work at Marvel includes the series <em>X-23, Black Widow, Han Solo, Dark Wolverine</em> and <em>Astonishing X-Men</em>. Liu is also the author of paranormal romance and urban fantasy series <em>Hunter Kiss</em> and <em>Dirk & Steele</em>. She lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.</em>
